【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of titanium elastic nail(TEN)treating children with femoral shaft fracture. Methods 60 children with femoral shaft fracture treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,TEN group for 30 cases and open reduction group for 30 cases.TEN group were treated with elastic intramedullary nail,and open reduction group were treated with open reduction and plate fixation.External fixation was made after operation according to specific conditions,and functional exercise was taken after removing external fixation. Results Two groups were followed up for 6-18 months.For operation time,length of hospital stay,X-ray healing time of fracture and bleeding amount in operation,TEN group was better evidently than that of open reduction group,and TEN group not only had fewer complications but also had higher excellent rate(P<0.05). Conclusion Using TEN to treat femoral shaft fracture based on the situation of children has the advantages of less stress shielding,less injury,rapid recovery and fewer complications,which is worthy to be applied in clinical practice.%目的探讨应用弹性髓内针（TEN）治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法将本院住院治疗60例股骨干骨折患儿，分为TEN组
