中青年急性脑梗死的危险因素分析

【摘要】目的 分析中青年急性脑梗死(ACI)的危险因素,为早期预防及干预提供临床依据.方法选取2017年1月-2017年12月于本院住院治疗的136例中青年ACI患者作为观察组,同时选取106例中青年非ACI住院患者作为对照组,对比分析两组高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、吸烟、饮酒、白细胞(WBC)计数、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等指标的差异性,应用Logistic回归方程分析中青年罹患ACI的危险因素.结果 通过单因素分析发现,观察组高血压、吸烟、饮酒、男性、WBC计数、血尿酸(BUA)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、Hcy,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);多因素分析提示高血压、吸烟、LDL-C是中青年ACI的独立危险因素.结论 高血压、吸烟、饮酒、男性、WBC、BUA、TC、LDL-C、Hcy是引发中青年ACI的危险因素;其中高血压、吸烟、LDL-C是其独立危险因素.%Objective? To anaLyze the risk factors of acute cerebraL infarction(ACI) in young and middLe-aged patients, so as to provide reference for the earLy prevention and intervention. Method From January 2017 to December 2017, 136 cases of young and middLe-aged ACI treated in our hospitaL were seLected as observation group, whiLe 106 cases with no ACI were chosen for controL group. Compared two groups in hypertension, diabetes, hyperLipidemia, smoking, drinking, white bLood ceLL (WBC)count, homocysteine (Hcy)ect. The risk factors

of ACI in young and middLe-aged patients were anaLyzed by the Logistic regression equation. ResuLts? SingLe factor anaLysis indicated that: hypertension, smoking, drinking, maLe, WBC, bLood uric acid(BUA), totaL choLesteroL(TC), Low-density Lipoprotein choLesteroL(LDL-C) and Hcy in observation group were significantLy higher than controL group (P<0.05). MuLtivariate anaLysis suggested that: hypertension, smoking and LDL-C were independent risk factors of ACI in young and middLe-aged patients. ConcLusion? Hypertension, smoking, drinking, maLe, WBC, BUA, TC, LDL-C, Hcy were the risk factors of ACI in young and middLe-aged patients, whiLe hypertension, smoking and LDL-C were independent risk factors. 【总页数】4页(230-233)
