1. 编制目的
在项目施工管理过程中,由于施工一线作业人员可能会出现操作不规范,技能水平不高,采取口头、文字等方式进行技术交底和岗前培训往往不能达到应有的效果;同时,也有可能因施工现场未按一定程序和要求制作用于指导施工的实物质量样板,使得技术交底、岗前培训、质量检查、质量验收等方面都缺乏统一直观的判定尺度。
为解决这一问题,在工程施工中推行工程质量样板引路的做法,使之成为工程施工质量管理的一项工作制度,即根据工程实际和样板引路工作方案制作实物质量样板,配上反映相应工序等方面的现场照片、文字说明,使技术交底和岗前培训内容比较直观、清晰,易于了解掌握,同时也提供了直观的质量检查和质量验收的判定尺度,从而有利于消除工程质量通病,有效地促进整个工程施工质量整体水平的提高。
综上,为提高项目工程施工质量,规范各分项工程施工的作业程序,提高施工水平,完善施工标准,完成创优目标,特制定本样板引路方案。各分项工程均要贯彻执行首件样板制,高标准检查样板层的工程质量,推广执行标准化工艺。 2. 编制依据
