探讨舍曲林合并喹硫平治疗强迫症的疗效和安全性

【摘要】目的：对舍曲林合并喹硫平治疗强迫症的疗效及安全性进行探究。方法选取我院认定的患者97例。对照组49例选择舍曲林进行治疗，观察组48例选择舍曲林合并喹硫平进行治疗。结果显效率观察组为70.9%，明显比对照组的50.1%要高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的Y-BOCS和HAMA评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组医治后的评分降落幅度更大。结论舍曲林联合喹硫平对于强迫症的治疗，有很好的改善效果，安全性好。%Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sertraline combining with quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods 97 patients with OCD, who were enrolled in our hospital, 48cases in observation group, 49cases in the control group. The control group were treated only with sertraline, the observation group treated combinately with sertraline and quetiapine. Results The effectual rate in the observation group was 70.9%, significantly higher than the control group (50.1%). Y-BOCS and HAMA score were decreased signiifcantly after treatment in both group (P<0.05). Y-BOCS and HAMA score decreased more significantly in the observation group.
