【摘要】Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stage III pressure ulcer.Methods 100 cases of patients with stage III pressure ulcer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into groups according to the order of treatment. 50 cases in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine stone powder bingsheng muscle, 50 cases in control group were given 0.5% silver nitrate wet compress. Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results In the treatment group patients in the wound exudate reduce time, granulation tissue formation time, the total efifciency respectively (8.4±2.1) d, (11.8±4.3 d), 94%, respectively in the control group (13.5±3.5) d, (15.5±4.9) d, 54%, treatment group indicators were better than the control group, (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made Chinese herbal medicine in the third stage pressure sore is effective, which can help to improve the patient's condition and improve the quality of life.%目的：研究自制中药石冰生肌散用于Ⅲ期压疮中的临床效果。方法选取我院脑病科、神经外科等科室长期卧床且存在Ⅲ期压疮的患者100例作为研究对象，按就诊的先后顺序，随机进行分组。治疗组50
