控制吸入及排放含有有害机体和病原体的压载水及淤泥。 Avoid up-taking ballast water may contain harmful aquatic organisms ,pathogens and sediments may contain such organisms. 5.1.1
减少水中有害机体和病原体的吸入
Minimizing uptake of harmful aquatic organisms, pathogens and sediments
当打进压载水时,应尽量采取措施避免或减少吸入水中有害机体和病原体及含有此种有机体的淤泥。
When taking in ballast water, every effort should be made to avoid the uptake of potentially harmful aquatic organisms, pathogens and sediments that may contain such organisms.
在以下区域内和情况下应减少吸入的压载水量,如情况允许,避免吸入压载水:
The uptake of ballast water should be minimized or, where
practicable, avoid in areas and situations such as:
