【摘要】Objective Discuss the nurse and psychotherapy in elderly patients of refractory heart failure. Methods A retrospective study was used to analyze 69 patients of cardiology from January 2010 to December 2010, and get the message of the nurse and psychotherapy in elderly patients of refractory heart failure. were

effective,17cases were effectual and 9cases wereunfruitful. Conclusion Through the 69 cases of elderly patients with intractable heart failure implement the foresight, pointed nursing measures and psychological guidance, improve patients to disease cognitive and understanding, and through the regular medication, reasonable food, moderate exercise, patients with families positive attitude treatment, to prevent further aggravating heart failure, enhance the curative rate and quality of life, reduce mortality play a positive role.%目的探讨顽固性心力衰竭的老年患者的护理及心理健康治疗。方法对上海市杨浦区老年医院2010年1月至12月心内科收治的69例老年患者进行回顾性调查，了解心内科顽固性心衰的老年患者的护理及心理指导情况。结果69例患者中显效43例，有效17，无效9例。结论通过对69例顽固性心衰老年患者实施预见性、针对性的护理措施及心理
