【摘要】@@ More than 30,000 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) operate in China,of which 129 are supervised by the Central Government.The others fall under the jurisdiction of local governments.Based on 2009 performance announcements issued by the enterprises and figures released by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC),about 15 percent of central SOEs and 28 percent of local SOEs are expected to lose money within the year.
