摘要
近年来,随着人们生活质量的提高,生活节奏的加快,环保意识的加强,纸质杯的用量与日俱增,纸杯生产设备的需求量也大幅度增加,但对纸杯生产设备研究工作基本属于空白区域。本文采用现代设计与分析手段对某型纸杯机进行了较深入的理论分析与实验研究,为该类设备的设计及纸质杯成型质量的分析提供了依据。
全自动纸杯成型机是一种多工位全自动机械,机构相对复杂,目前国内生产的纸质杯普遍存在粘合不牢、漏水、外形欠佳等缺陷,这与机器本身存在的定位不够准确、工位衔接不当、振动等因素有关,因此对全自动纸杯成型机进行运动学与动力学分析,对发现设备存在的设计缺陷,具有重要意义。
为了分析纸杯机各机构的设计合理性与否,本文采用 Pro/E solidedge软件,构建了全自动纸杯成型机主要零件的三维实体模型,并进行了装配及干涉检查,为纸杯机的结构分析与运动分析提供了虚拟样机模型。
利用 Pro/E solidedge软件的“机构”模块对纸杯机虚拟样机的主要机构进行了运动学分析,重点研究了纸杯机卷封机构的运动特性与凸轮曲线的关系,提出了推程和回程为正弦加速度规律的 3 段式凸轮曲线,在其衔接处,凸轮加速度过渡平稳,减少了冲击,保证了纸杯成型质量。
针对纸杯成型过程中经常出现的问题,分析了凸轮磨损对纸杯成型的影响,得到了凸轮的最大允许磨损量;研究了滚花质量的影响因素,为设备维护提供了理论依据。在理论研究的基础上,对纸杯机的典型机构进行了动态测试,实验结果表明建立的模型是正确的;所测试机构的振动是周期性的;并通过频谱分析得到了引起机构振动的主要因素以及滚花动作对机构振动的影响,为设备机构的优

Abstract
In recent years, along with the people quality of life's enhancement,rhythm of life's quickening, the link guaranteed consciousness enhancement,the paper cup's amount used grows day by day, the paper glass production equipment's demand also large scale increased, but belonged to the blank region basically to the paper cup production equipment research work. This article uses the modern design and the analysis method, has carried on the thorough theoretical analysis and the experimental study to some paper cup machine, has provided the basis for this kind of equipment's design and the paper cup formation quality's analysis.
The completely automatic paper cup machine is a more than one kind of location completely automatic machinery, the organization is relatively complex, at present home-area production paper cup universal existence agglutination not jail, water leakage, contour unsatisfactory and so on flaws,the localization which exists with the machine is in itself not very accurate,the location to link up improper, factors and so on vibration related,therefore carries on the kinematics and dynamics analysis to the automatic paper cup machine, discoveries that the equipment existence the design defects, have the important meaning.
In order to analyze the design of paper cup machine various organizations, this article uses Pro/E the software, has constructed the3-Dimensional model of completely automatic paper cup machine, and has carried on the assembly and the interference inspection, has provided the dummy specimen model for the paper cup machine structure analysis and the movement analysis.

In the foundation of fundamental research, carries on the dynamic test to the paper cup machine typical organization, the experimental result has indicated that the model is correct, the vibration of the organization is periodic, and obtaines the primary factor through the spectral analysis of the organization vibration as well as the influence of knurling movement to the organization vibration, has laid the foundation for the equipment organization's optimization.
