健康教育在产后抑郁症护理中的应用效果观察

【摘要】Objective:To research the value of nursing care of health education on maternal postpartum depression.Methods:92 maternal with postpartum depression were selected from February 2011 to February 2014.All cases met the diagnostic criteria of CCMD-Ⅲ on postpartum depression.We gave them the health education nursing mode,and compared the effect before and after the nursing care.Results:After the health education,the Hamilton depression inventory and Hamilton anxiety scale was lower than that of nursing before.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education can effectively alleviate the post partum depression.It should be widely promoted in clinical nursing.%目的：研究健康教育对产后抑郁症产妇的护理价值。方法：2011年2月-2014年2月收治产后抑郁症产妇92例，所有患者均符合CCMD-Ⅲ关于产后抑郁的诊断标准。对其采取健康教育的护理方式，将护理后效果与护理前效果进行对比。结果：健康教育后汉密尔顿抑郁量表以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表比护理前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：健康教育能够有效缓解产后抑郁状况，应该在临床护理中广泛推广。
