保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并发出血止血效果临床分析

【摘要】Objective:To explore the hemostatic clinical effect of conservative treatment in gastroduodenal ulcer combined with bleeding.Methods:40 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer combined with bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each.The control group was given bismuth potassium citrate and famotidine treatment.The observation group was given lansoprazole intravenous injection treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate(95.0%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 75% of the control group(P<0.05).The patients of the observation group were followed up for 1,2 and 3 months,and the helicobacter pylori negative conversion was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemostatic effect of conservative treatment in gastroduodenal ulcer combined with bleeding is remarkable.%目的:探讨保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并发出血止血的临床效果.方法:收治胃十二指肠溃疡并发出血患者40例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各20例,对照组给予枸橼酸铋钾及法莫替丁片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用兰索拉唑静脉注射治疗.结果:观察组总有效率95.0%明显高于对照组的
75.0%(P<0.05).1、2、3个月随访复查幽门螺杆菌阴转情况,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡并发出血止血效果显著. 【总页数】2页(38,40)
