【摘要】In order to improve the level of education and teaching in local medical colleges and universities,according to its own education and teaching situation,Jining Medical University has introduced a series of policies and measures.It not only puts forward more innovative teaching ideas,but also supports the whole school teachers to carry out various forms of education and teaching reform research.Based on the analysis of the reform and development in recent years,this paper summarizes the experience and puts forward some pertinent suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the reform of other medical colleges and universities.%为了提高地方医学院校的教育教学水平,济宁医学院根据自身教育教学现状,相继出台了一系列政策和措施,不仅提出了较为新颖的教学理念,更支持全校教师开展了形式多样的教育教学改革研究.本文通过对近年来医学教育教学改革发展情况的分析,总结经验并提出有针对性的建议,希望为其他医学院校相关的改革提供参考. 【总页数】4页(661-664)
