胃镜活检病理诊断胃癌的临床分析

【摘要】Objective Research on the method and the rate of accuracy of pathologically endoscopic biopsy in diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods From August 2014 to December 2015,56 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were treated in hospital were selected,to analyze the rate of diagnosis accuracy of pathologically endoscopic biopsy. ResultsThere were 47 patients diagnosed to be gastric cancer by pathologically endoscopic biopsy. The rate of accuracy was 83.93%,and there were 7 suspected cases. The suspected diagnosis rate was 12.5% and the other 2 cases were not verified yet with undiagnosed rate of 3.6%; thus,such a diagnosis method was quite accurate and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic biopsy is of importance for illness diagnosis and treatment prognosis,however,it cannot reflect the nature of lesion objectively because of material limited,thus,it is suggested to combine it to pathological diagnosis in order to improve diagnosis accuracy.%目的：探究对胃癌患者采用胃镜活检病理诊断的方法和准确率。方法选取2014年8月～2015年12月收治的56例胃癌患者进行胃镜活检病理的诊断，观察胃镜活检的诊断准确率。结果在胃镜活检中有47例患者确诊，确诊率为83.93%，7例患者疑诊，疑诊率为12.5%，2例患者未确
诊，未确诊率为3.6%，胃镜活检的诊断负荷率较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胃癌患者采用胃镜活检病理诊断，对疾病确诊和治疗预后中有重要价值，但是其取材有限，所以不能对病变性质全面客观的反映，需要和病理诊断相结合，提高诊断的准确性。 【总页数】2页(166-167)
