12. 防雷措施 Lightning Protection Measures
（1） 防直击雷措施Direct lighting strike protection measures
直击雷是指直接落在光伏组件阵列、低压配电线路、电器设备以及在其旁的雷击。防直击雷的措施是将组件接地孔与组件支架可靠连接，并统一并入原有屋顶的防雷系统，即可达到防直击雷的目的，并满足 IEC62305 中相关规定。

Direct lightning strike refers to lightning strikes directly on the photovoltaic module array, low-voltage power distribution lines and electrical equipments. Measures to prevent direct lightning strike are to reliably connect the component grounding hole with the component

（2） 防感应雷措施Inductive lighting protection measure
光伏发电系统的雷电浪涌入侵途径，除了光伏阵列外，还有配电线路，接地线以及他们的组合；从接地线侵入式由于近旁的雷击使大地电位上升，相对于电源高，从而产生从接地线向电源侧方向的电流。对感应防雷的措施为：在每路交流汇流箱内装浪涌保护装置；在交流配电柜处安装避雷组件，以防护从低压配电侵入的雷电波及浪涌。由此不仅对光伏组件起到防雷保护作用，还为系统的检测、维修和维护提供了方便。

光伏电站或电网异常、故障时，为保证设备和人身安全，应具有相应继电保护功能， 从而保证电网和光伏设备的安全运行。光伏电站保护应具有以下功能。

（2） 光伏并网开关保护跳闸或者由产权分界点安全自动装置连切后，是否需要重合闸由
光伏电站决定。但使用重合闸时必须有足够延时并具备加速跳闸功能。

根据生产和经营需要，遵循精干、统一、高效的原则，对运营机构的设置实施企业管理。结合本项目具体情况，按“有人值班、少人值守”的原则进行设计。建设期间，根据项目目标， 以及针对项目的管理内容和管理深度，本项目将成立XXXX股份有限公司屋顶分布式光伏发电站项目项目部。项目部计划暂编制 5 人，组织机构采用直线职能制，互相协调分工，明确职责，开展项目管理各项工作。
