并网逆变器是光伏电站中的核心设备,它的可靠性、高性能和安全性会影响整个光伏系统的稳定性和发电效率。逆变器应具备极性反接保护、短路保护、过/欠电压保护、过/欠频率保护、孤岛效应保护、过热保护、过载保护、接地保护等,装置异常时自动脱离系统。

逆变器通过自动跟踪电网电压、频率,在低压侧自动并网。系统故障、短路引起参数异常时,逆变器自动与电网解列。

The inverter automatically tracks the voltage and frequency of the power grid and

automatically connects to the grid on the low-voltage side. When a system fault or short circuit causes abnormal parameters, the inverter will automatically disconnect from the grid.

支架结构材料采用铝合金型材,材料的选用和设计指标应符合 DIN EN

1993-1-1-2016 的规定。对于彩钢瓦屋顶,我们选择铝合金夹具、压块和导轨直接铺设彩钢瓦上。

12. 防雷措施 Lightning Protection Measures

(1) 防直击雷措施Direct lighting strike protection measures

直击雷是指直接落在光伏组件阵列、低压配电线路、电器设备以及在其旁的雷击。防直击雷的措施是将组件接地孔与组件支架可靠连接,并统一并入原有屋顶的防雷系统,即可达到防直击雷的目的,并满足 IEC62305 中相关规定。

Direct lightning strike refers to lightning strikes directly on the photovoltaic module array, low-voltage power distribution lines and electrical equipments. Measures to prevent direct lightning strike are to reliably connect the component grounding hole with the component

bracket and integrate them into the original roof lightning protection system, which can achieve the purpose of preventing direct lightning and meet the relevant regulations in IEC62305.

(2) 防感应雷措施Inductive lighting protection measure

光伏发电系统的雷电浪涌入侵途径,除了光伏阵列外,还有配电线路,接地线以及他们的组合;从接地线侵入式由于近旁的雷击使大地电位上升,相对于电源高,从而产生从接地线向电源侧方向的电流。对感应防雷的措施为:在每路交流汇流箱内装浪涌保护装置;在交流配电柜处安装避雷组件,以防护从低压配电侵入的雷电波及浪涌。由此不仅对光伏组件起到防雷保护作用,还为系统的检测、维修和维护提供了方便。

This not only plays a role of lightning protection, but also provides convenience for system detection, repair and maintenance.

13. 并网电器安全措施Safety Measures for Grid-connected Electrical Appliances

光伏电站或电网异常、故障时,为保证设备和人身安全,应具有相应继电保护功能, 从而保证电网和光伏设备的安全运行。光伏电站保护应具有以下功能。

When the photovoltaic power plant or power grid is abnormal or faulty, it should have corresponding relay protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the power grid and photovoltaic equipment. Photovoltaic plant protection should have the following functions.

光伏电站在并网点内侧设置易于操作、可闭锁、且具有明显断开点的并网断路器。

Photovoltaic power stations are equipped with grid-connected circuit breakers that are easy to operate, can-be-locked, and have obvious disconnect points inside the grid-connected points.

关配合。

PV grid-connected switch is configured with phased directional over-current protection. The direction points to the user's power supply, and the setting is matched with the user's incoming switch.

(2) 光伏并网开关保护跳闸或者由产权分界点安全自动装置连切后,是否需要重合闸由

光伏电站决定。但使用重合闸时必须有足够延时并具备加速跳闸功能。

After the photovoltaic grid-connected switch protection trips or is connected by the safety automatic device at the demarcation point of property rights, whether it needs for reclosing or note is determined by the photovoltaic power plant.

However, when using recloser, there must be sufficient time delay and accelerated trip function.

(3) 逆变器保护:逆变器应具备积极性反接保护、短路保护、过/欠电压保护、过/欠频率

保护、孤岛效应保护、过热保护、过载保护、接地保护等,装置异常时自动脱离系统。逆变器通过自动跟踪电网电压、频率、在低压侧自动并网。系统故障、短路引起参数异常时,逆变器自动与电网解列。

Inverter protection: the inverter should have positive reverse connection protection, short circuit protection, over / under voltage protection, over / under frequency protection, island effect protection, overheating protection, overload protection, ground protection, etc., and it will automatically disconnect from the system when the device is abnormal. 14. 土建工程Civil Works

本工程土建工程主要含支架基础、部分设备基础及在厂区内走地线时有一小部分挖沟等土建工程。

The civil works of this project mainly include some equipment foundations and a small part of trenches when laying cables in the plant area.

15. 工程管理设计Project Management Design

根据生产和经营需要,遵循精干、统一、高效的原则,对运营机构的设置实施企业管理。结合本项目具体情况,按“有人值班、少人值守”的原则进行设计。建设期间,根据项目目标, 以及针对项目的管理内容和管理深度,本项目将成立XXXX股份有限公司屋顶分布式光伏发电站项目项目部。项目部计划暂编制 5 人,组织机构采用直线职能制,互相协调分工,明确职责,开展项目管理各项工作。
