摘要：The status and influence factors of career maturity of nursing

students with different acedemic degrees SHEN Jianghua, HUANG Feifei, WU Shuting （School of Nursing ,Fujian Medical University ,Fuzhou 350122 ,China） Abstract：Through investigating the career maturity status of nursing students with different academic degrees by questionnaires, the influence factors of their career maturity were analized, and then the strate gy of guiding students to do career planing according to the influence factors of career muturity was pro posed in this paper. Besides, it is also claimed in this paper that educators should integrate humanities con cern into guiding process and lay emphasis on the cultivation of professional psychological quality to en hance career maturity of nursing students Keywords.
