【摘要】Objective: To compare MRI and CT application in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods: 53 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma pathologically confirmed cases were from March 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital, and underwent MRI and CT examination, compared to the detection rate.Results: the MRI scanning of nasopharynx, infratemporal fossa, pterygopalatine fossa, cavernous sinus, parapharyngeal space, oropharyngeal cancer detection rate was 84.9%, CT positive rate was 56.6%, compared with statistical difference (P<0.05).The MRI scan of the skull base foramen ovale, sphenoid wing, slope, broken hole The cancer detection rate was 62.3%, significantly higher than the CT detection rate of 26.4%, compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: the cranial base and nasopharynx of nasopharyngeal carcinoma scanned by MRI imaging technology, compared with the results of CT test, the detection rate in a higher level, especially for the skull base bone tumor the infiltration of the advantage in the show on, better.%目的:对比鼻咽癌诊断中MRI与CT的应用价值.方法:选择2013年6月至2016年8月期间在我院收治并经病理证实的鼻咽癌患者53例,并分别行MRI和CT检查,对检出率进行对比.结果:对鼻咽部进行扫描,颞
下窝、翼腭窝、海绵窦、咽旁间隙、口咽部癌灶采用MRI检出率为84.9%,CT检出率为56.6%,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05).对颅底部进行扫描,卵圆孔、蝶骨大翼、斜坡、破裂孔处癌灶采用MRI检出率为62.3%,明显高于CT检出率26.4%,对比有显著统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:采用MRI技术经颅底部和鼻咽部对鼻咽癌进行扫查,与CT检测结果比较,检出率均居更高水平;特别是针对颅底部出现的肿瘤浸润骨质的情况,MRI更具明显优势. 【总页数】2页(22-23)
