Contents The Supply Chain Management Meeting is a part of short-term planning process to drive aligned, synchronized supply chain operation toward PAC Monitors policy. The input for this meeting contains: - Logistic performance results of previous month - Rolling three months Supply plan from SCP result or back up plan report - Open issues on demand/supply/stock The meeting has the following activities: - Review previous week results - sales / supply /stock reality The meeting outcome is the base of monthly supply planning, which is held in the Thursday of week of each month, please refer to CX-OP-330.
