综合护理干预对于微创术治疗高血压脑出血术后恢复效果

【摘要】Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the recovery of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods 90 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, were divided into the control group and the observation group, 45 cases in each group, patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared the two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer score, SAS score, SDS score and postoperative self-care ability of patients and complications occurred. ResultsThe Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of all patients after intervention were higher than that before nursing intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the
incidence rate of pulmonary and urinary tract infection was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can signiifcantly improve the life self-care ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery, and improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨综合护理干预对于微创术治疗高血压脑出血术后恢复的效果。方法选择90例在我院接受微创术治疗的高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组45例。其中对照组患者接受神经外科常规护理，观察组患者接受综合护理干预。比较两组患者接受护理干预前后Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分、SAS评分、SDS评分以及术后患者的生活自理能力和并发症发生情况。结果所有患者干预后Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分高于护理干预前，且观察组高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；干预后两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；观察组患者生活自理能力改善状况好于对照组患者，肺部、泌尿系统感染等并发症发生率低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预能够明显改善微创术后高血压脑出血患者的生活自理能力，提高患者的生活质量。
