【摘要】How weak-in-employment group of higher vocational graduates find their jobs has become the most important job of the employment service and instruction of higher vocational colleges.After analyzing the categories of weak-in-employment group of higher vocational graduates,this paper points out why it is difficult for weak-in-employment group to hunt for jobs and puts forward how higher vocational colleges help them find jobs.%解决高职毕业生困难群体的就业问题是当前高职院校就业服务与指导工作的重中之重。通过对高职毕业生困难群体的分类,指出高职毕业生就业困难群体形成原因,并提出高职毕业生困难群体的就业服务与指导的措施。 【总页数】4页(64-67)
