Abstract. The problem of aging population is a major trend in the twenty-first Century. As a new way of old-age pension， intelligent endowment service has been implemented in China， and gradually extended. But it has some problems： the contents of the service are not enough and it cannot fit other people’s needs. It is the lack of linkage on every department of government and the funds and so on .In order to solve these problems， we should expand the service content and improve the service level， define the government's role and function， increase the sources of funding and so on. With the implementing of these measures， intelligent endowment services will get further development. And it will deal with the social problem of aging better. Key words： Aging； Intelligent service for the elderly； Countermeasures 1. Introduction

China is entering the aging society， and the low fertility and aging population have become the major risks of future development. In recent years， China's aging is entering a period of accelerated development. As of the end of 2011， the national population aged 60 or older reached 185 million， accounting for 13.7 percent of the population， and China's population aging process further. In 2013， China's elderly population will be more than 200 million， which is expected to an average annual increase of 10 million elderly populations from 2013 to 2033. With our country's increasing elderly population and the growing demand for services for the elderly， the existing pension meets some manner challenges： pension services unbalanced and unsustainable development， labor-intensive way of unsustainable pension and other issues. In our family structures and the changing demographic conditions， how to better meet the needs of the elderly care service has become a concern to the government and society in general one of the topics. biggest advantage lies in its scientific and technical support， the use of network information platform integration of community information and services to the elderly， making the endowment to achieve efficient， convenient， comprehensive， which is an effective solution to the problem of pension practical way. China will initially build intelligent care service system. This paper analyzes the

intelligent care service difficulties encountered in practice and thinking positive and effective way， intelligent pension services for the development and promotion proposals， to promote the development of pension have a strong practical significance.
