【摘要】in clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality control and safety management, formulate and improve obstetrics and gynecology nursing management system, do a good job in al aspects of clinical nursing management. The implementation of various management measures, to promote the quality of nursing and obstetrics and continuously improve and enhance the sense of safety and quality, enhance the nurses in the nursing process, further improve the quality of care, to ensure the safety of nursing care.%针对临床妇产科护理质量控制与安全管理中存在的问题，制订和完善妇产科护理的管理体系，做好临床护理服务中各个环节的管理。落实各项管理措施，促进妇产科护理质量的不断完善和提高，增强护士在护理过程中的安全质量意识，进一步提高护理质量，确保护理安全。
