【摘要】Objective To investigate the nursing risk management in the application of the head and neck cancer surgical nursing management. Methods In our hospital nursing risk administrator in head and neck cancer
surgical

management,optimized
the
nursing
process,comprehensive nursing risk management awareness and ability to recognize and discussed the incidence of nursing satisfaction and nursing risk events. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management,patient satisfaction increased significantly,the incidence of nursing risk events also declined obviously, results significant difference before and after the contrast(P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing risk management in head and neck cancer surgical nursing management application value is high.%目的：探讨护理风险管理在头颈肿瘤外科护理管理中的应用。方法在我院头颈肿瘤外科护理管理中制定护理风险管理员，对护理流程进行优化，综合提高护理人员的风险管理意识和识别能力，探讨护理满意度和护理风险事件发生率。结果实施护理风险管理之后，患者的满意度提高，护理风险事件的发生率也下降，对比前后差异结果具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论护理风险管理在头颈肿瘤外科护理管理应用价值高。 【总页数】2页(245-246)
