prefer vt.更喜欢;选择某事物(而不选择其他事物)

【特别提醒】 (1)prefer意为“比较喜欢,更喜欢”,相当于like better,因此不能再与better, more等比较级连用。(2)prefer不能用于进行时。(3)prefer的搭配中既有不定式符号to,又有介词to,要注意区分。
