观察比较碧兰麻与利多卡因治疗牙体牙髓病的麻醉效果

【摘要】Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of articaine and lidocaine in the treatment of dental pulp disease.MethodsIn this experiment, the patients are in our hospital for treatment of 120 cases (110 teeth) with dental pulp disease, were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group of 60 cases (55 teeth). The control group using lidocaine anesthesia process, the study group with Primacaine anesthesia process.Results The two groups of patients with anesthesia so complete and total effective rate of anesthesia results had significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion With Primacaine anesthesia during anesthesia, can achieve good curative effect, worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察比较碧兰麻与利多卡因治疗牙体牙髓病的麻醉效果。方法本次试验选取的患者均为我院进行治疗的120例（110颗牙）牙体牙髓病患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各60例（55颗牙）。对照组采用利多卡因实施麻醉过程，研究组采用碧兰麻实施麻醉过程。结果因此两组患者的完全麻醉率和麻醉总有效率结果对比有显著性差异（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论采用碧兰麻实施麻醉过程中，能够达到很好的麻醉疗效，值得在临床上推广应用。 【总页数】2页(192-193)
