【摘要】Objective To discuss how to strengthen the effect of strengthening intervention management control on blood lipid abnor -mality of blood lipid crowd in Chaonan District , Shantou City .Methods In Chaonan medical examination , 200 patients with lipid abnor-malities were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The control group used general intervention , and based on general intervention

group
used
strengthening
intervention .Lipid profiles were compared between the two groups 6 months
after
the
intervention.Results
6monthsaftertheintervention,TG,TC,LDL-C,andHDL-Cvaluesintheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthe control group.There was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05);The target rate of blood fat in the observation group af-ter intervention was 46.00%, which was higher than 32.00%of the control group, and there was statistical significance between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening intervention management can enhance the patients with abnormal blood lipid regulation compli -ance, and have urged action on
