【摘要】通过对进修医师在口腔医院急诊科的培训,结合口腔急诊医学教育的现状、口腔急诊科工作内容和急诊急救的特色,我们总结出按时间、分阶段的培养模式和因材施教的教育原则,并对需要完善的方面进行了探讨,其目的 是提高进修医师的培养质量.%We have summarized the cultivating model and educational principal by analyzing the status of cultivating for refresher doctors of emergency department in stomatological hospital and combined the current situation at stomatological emergency medical education,working
