随着科学的发展,能源的不断消耗,人们对生产效率的要求也越来越高,在化工行业中,人们对化工设备运行中的损耗也越来越重视。本设计根据筒形双壳层立式多级泵由于泵轴过长的情况,发现泵轴刚度不足,挠度太大,轴系直线度差,轴向的工作窜动量调整不当造成轴低频窜动,导致轴瓦振动。旋转轴的偏心导致轴的弯曲振动等原因,分析造成泵振动的关键问题所在,在叶轮上部泵轴处增加一个滑动轴承来减少振动,再分析计算泵的性能参数和工艺参数的变化,并对泵轴的挠度强度进行校核,使其符合要求,并且对所加的轴承和健进行校核,使泵轴更加耐用和减少不必要的机械零件的磨损等,从而提高乙烯聚丙烯进料泵的使用寿命。

Abstract

With the development of science, the continuous energy consumption, efficiency of production is getting higher and higher demands in the chemical industry, the people in the operation of chemical equipment, more and more attention to wear and tear.The cylindrical double-shell design based on multi-stage vertical pump shaft is too long because of the situation and found that lack of shaft stiffness, the deflection is too large difference straight shaft, a rocky ledge the work of axial adjustment of the volume of low-frequency axis due to the inefficiency of a rocky ledge , resulting in bearing vibration.Lead to the eccentric axis of rotation axis of the bending vibration and other reasons, analysis of the key to pump vibration problem, the upper part of the impeller shaft to add a sliding bearing to reduce vibration, and then analysis the performance of pump parameters and changes in process parameters, and shaft to check the deflection strength to meet the requirements, and added to the bearings and health check, so that a more durable pump shaft and to reduce unnecessary wear and tear of mechanical parts, so as to raise polypropylene ethylene feed pump life.
