【摘要】Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is usually associated with massive perioperative blood loss, and a large number of blood loss will seriously affect the patient’s postoperative rehabilitation and increase the ifnancial burden of patients. At present, a large num-ber of studies have conifrmed tranexamic acid (Tranexamic acid TXA) as a ifbrinolytic inhibitor can effectively reduce the knee joint replacement surgery during the blood loss and reduce the rate of allogeneic blood transfusion. However, the safety, best route of admin-istration, timing of administration and dosage of tranexamic acid are not uniifed in total knee arthroplasty, and the above problems are reviewed in this paper.%全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty，TKA)通常会导致围手术期大量失血，这也将严重影响患者术后康复及增加患者经济负担。目前，已有大量研究证实氨甲环酸(Tranexamic acidTXA)作为一种纤溶抑制剂，能有效减少膝关节置换术围术期的失血量并降低术后异体输血率。但氨甲环酸在全膝关节置换术中的安全性，最佳给药途径、给药时机及给药剂量观点尚不统一，本文就对以上问题的相关研究加以综述。 【总页数】3页(62-63,66)
