我国产业化住宅墙体的生态技术框架研究
摘 要
我国住宅建设规模空前巨大,能源消耗浪费严重,同时还面临着严峻的能源和环境危机,需要寻找一种节能、环保、生态、高效的建筑方式。通过国内外住宅产业化发展历程对比和经验借鉴,分析我国住宅产业化发展现状,本文提出了我国产业化住宅墙体的生态技术框架,并分析了住宅全装修设计、厨卫集成式模块化设计、太阳能墙体及墙体绿化设计等产业化住宅墙体生态技术的相关问题研究,旨在通过住宅产业化推进我国住宅产业的可持续发展。
本文由五个章节组成:第一章绪论,分析了课题研究背景及国内外研究现状,明确了课题研究的意义、目的、方法等;第二章为理论研究及案例分析,首先介绍了住宅产业化理论、适应性理论和集成设计理论,从住宅开发、设计、施工、使用、维护和使用后处理等过程的变革提出了产业化住宅的理想建筑模式,并结合案例作了分析,为下文内容提供理论和实践基础;第三章是论文的核心部分,从墙体材料利用、构造设计和建筑体系三个方面构筑了我国产业化住宅墙体的生态技术框架;第四章为产业化住宅墙体生态技术的相关问题研究,作为第三章内容的扩展,介绍了住宅全装修、厨卫集成式模块化设计、太阳能墙体及墙体绿化设计等关于技术集成和生态设计方面的知识,旨在推进墙体生态技术在实践工程项目中的推广应用;第五章对本文的研究内容做了一个总结,并对我国住宅产业化的发展作了展望。
希望通过本文的研究,能够丰富我国住宅产业化墙体技术理论,为我国住宅产业化的顺利发展提供理论支持。

INDUSTRILIZATION
ABSTRACT
Housing construction in our country is undergoing unprecedented scale and serious waste of energy, so, facing energy risk and
environmental crises, our country needs to find an ecological way of construction which is energy saving, environmentally friendly and highly efficient. Through the comparison of housing industrialization domestic and international, drawing on the experience, the paper analyses the current construction status in our country. Based on it, the paper puts forward the framework of eco-technology wall under housing
industrialization, separately analyses the fully decoration, integrated
kitchen modular, solar wall design and wall-landscaping design which are eco-technology wall related. The paper aims to promote our country’s housing industrialization, meeting the sustainable development of our country’s housing industry.
This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an
introduction. it summarizes the research background and current research status; clears the value, purpose and method of the research. The second is about theory study and case analysis. It firstly introduces the theory of housing industrialization, the theory of adaption and the theory of
integrated design; secondly it puts forward the ideal construction model of industrialized housing from the innovation of housing development, design, construction, use, maintenance and post-use treat; thirdly it analyses the case as the theory and practice basis for the following content. The third one is the core part, developing the research on the framework of eco-technology wall of industrialized housing from the use of wall material, wall structural design and structural system. decoration of house, integrated kitchen modular design, solar wall, the landscaping of wall, etc, which are about knowledge of technology integration and eco-design, aiming to promote the application of
eco-technology in practice. The fifth one is the conclusion of this paper, prospecting the China’s housing industrialization.
This paper aims to enrich the technical theory of the wall under the China’s housing industrialization, and provide the theoretical support for the soundly development of the housing industrialization in our country.
