【摘要】Pathologic experiment teaching is special feature and stresses morphologic teaching,It is easy for stuents to learn passively.Problem-basedlearning ( PBL ) was introduced in pathologic experiment teaching in
eight-year
clinical
medicine.program
courses.In
pathologic
experiment class,questions was produced by analyzing various diseases,observing macroscopic and microscopic changes,discussed by clinical cases and solved by students themselves with bilingualistic teaching.In conclusion,PBL was significant in improving the quality of pathological experiment teaching,overcoming the shortage of morphologic learning,and making students more active in learning pathology.%病理实习课是病理学教学的重要内容,强调形态学学习,容易使学生产生被动情绪.在临床医学八年制病理学实习教学中引入PBL,通过以疾病为单位、以肉眼与镜下变化设置问题、以病例形式讨论问题,并结合双语教学引导学生解决问题；可提高病理实习课的教学质量,克服形态实习课的固有弊端,促进学生的学习积极性和主动性. 【总页数】3页(1168-1170) 【关键词】病理学;实习课;PBL
