汉滨区家沟水库除险加固设计

摘 要:家沟水库枢纽位于市汉滨区五里镇营村境,月河右岸一级支流家沟下游。水库枢纽
工程由大坝、放水设施、左岸溢洪道等主要建筑物组成。家沟水库是一座以供水,灌溉为主,并兼有养殖等综合效益的V等小(2)型工程。大坝目前主要存在问题有:(1)大坝部分:坝顶为自然土路面,降雨不能通行;上游坝坡没进行护面处理,坝坡面不规整;背水面右侧有较大面积的土体产生了变形、塌陷和滑动。下游坝坡抗滑稳定安全系数不满足规要求。(2)溢洪道部分:堰体砌石部分裂缝、脱浆,漏水严重,堰后侧槽底板衬砌厚度不够。(3)引水设施虽经2003年处理,但在2007年7月因柴头堵塞,无常放水。(4)水库无水位尺,无雨量观测设施;大坝无渗漏、位移变形等观测设施;大坝无管理房及抗洪设施。本次设计根据工程现状和安检意见,综合分析工程情况,确定除险加固设计方案,并进行坝体加固和泄放水建筑物的改造设计。要求完成水库设计方案,确定合理坝高。坝体要进行渗流分析和坝体加高方案确定,完成坝体的渗流和稳定分析,并完成坝体构造设计。

The Design of Reinforcement for Lijiagou Reservior
Abstract: Lijiagou reservoir locats in the town of Liu Ying, Ankang City, the right bank of Lijiagou downstream . This project constitute the dams itself, drainage facilities, the spillway on the left bank and other major buildings. The main dusk of this reservoir are water supply and irrigation, with other comprehensive benefits like farming. At present the main problems existing in the dams are: (1) the dam sections: the materials of the crest pavement is natural soil and it is unable to pass when rains; the upstream slope with no surface treatment and the surface is irregular; the dorsal surface of the right side has a large area with problems of soil deformation, collapse and slide. The stability safety factor of downstream slope sliding does not meet the regulatory requirements. (2) spillway parts: the weir body exits the problems of crack, desizing and severe water leakage , the thickness of the weir rear slot backplane lining is not enough. (3)while the water treatment are repaired 2003, but in July 2007 it blocked because of the wood and can not drain properly. (4) reservoir with no water level gauge, no rainfall observation facilities and the dam with no leakage and deformation observation facilities; the dams with no management room and no flood control facilities. This design of the project considers the status and security advice with comprehensive analysis of the project, determines the reinforcement design and conducts the dam reinforcement and the renovation of buildings designed to vent drain. This paper requires to complete the reservoir design and determine a reasonable dam height. The dam need the seepage analysis and carry out a project of adding height, complete dam seepage and stability analysis, and complete the structural design of the dam.
