多功能换热器数学模型的开发研究

【摘要】Currently the calculation function of heat exchanger of domestic chemical process simulation software is not comprehensive. In view of this situation, this paper developed the powerful model of heat exchanger to improve the calculation function of the general simulation software. The heat exchanger model can achieve a lot of features, such as, calculating the heat load with the heat exchanger area and calculating the heat exchanger area with the heat load, in addition, the model can also automatically determine whether the phase is changed or whether the temperature is crossed. Firstly, the heat exchanger module functions were classified in detail. Secondly, the corresponding mathematical models were established based on the material balance, heat balance and the total heat transfer rate. And then the solution of the models were realized. Finally, taking the mixture of isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol and n-amyl alcohol as an example, the accurateness of the model was verified, and the results were available.
