斑马鱼在消化道肿瘤中的应用研究进展

【摘要】It is of great significance to understand the specific molecular mechanism of the gastrointestinal carcinoma for its prevention and treatment. Zebrafish, as a unique living vertebrate model, has highly conserved genes with human. Its transparent early embryo is con-ducive to the real-time observation of the developing process. Since the carcinogenesis of zebrafish organs and tissues is very similar to that of humans, zebrafish become a preferable cancer model for the in vivo research of gastrointestinal carcinomas development, the development and screening of anti-tumor drugs and the determination of the best treatment
options.
