【摘要】Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)in patients with sepsis. Methods Eighty-one cases between May 2009 and July 2010 were collected. They were divided into sepsis group(n=32), systemic inflammation response syndrome group(SIRS group, n=24)and control group(n=25). The level of sTREM-1, procatcitonin, C-reactive protein(CRP), white blood cell(WBC). and neutrophil count percentage (N) were measured. Acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE Ⅱ) score were determined in 24 hours. Results The plasma level of sTREM-1 in sepsis group [250. 9(195. 8～354. 3)ng/L]was significantly higher than that in SIRS group[103. 6(89. 4～176. 2)ng/L ]and control group[33. 6(26. 2～43. 0)ng/L](P<0. 01). The area under the ROC curve of sTREM-1 was 0. 935, higher than other parameters.
