摘 要

当前,席卷全球的金融危机使经济环境严重恶化,每个企业都不得不面对业务缩减的现实。为了应对危机,确保企业的生存,很多企业开始裁员,缩减投资。在危机面前对企业进行适当的调整本属正常,但如果一味的只重视如何减少成本支出就显得有些过于短视了。对于一个有远见的企业来说,此时应该思考的是如何创新人力资源管理留得住人,用得好人。为了实现这一目标,企业应给加大对人力资源的投资,而不是减少。如果企业人才越来越多,如果人的潜能得到了充分挖掘和释放,如果人的绩效不断改善持续升高,对于企业来说,仍;之上;且;当下;和;可是;能够;俩;见;某公司;运营;有什么困难不能克服,仍;之上;且;当下;和;可是;能够;俩;见;某公司;运营;有什么难题不能解决呢。

本文就是在金融危机背景下,结合传统人力资源管理存在的问题,分析金融危机背景下人力资源管理创新的必要性,仍;之上;且;当下;和;可是;能够;俩;见;某公司;运营;提出在金融危机背景下人力资源管理的创新策略和方法。人力资源管理的创新,使企业从内部出发,修炼内功,充分利用好企业的第一资源—人力资源,增强了企业在遇到危机时的抗压能力,生存能力。最主要作用的是通人力资源管理的创新过深层挖掘人力资源的潜能,让企业的发展更加具有潜力。金融危机正在不断加深,全球的经济形势仍;之上;且;当下;和;可是;能够;俩;见;某公司;运营;不明朗,此时,企业能够做的也必须做的就是通过人力资源管理的创新,用最小的成本得到最大的收益。同时期望打破国内对西方管理方法的盲目推崇,找到适合本国企

业文化和特色的人力资源管理思想和方法。

Abstract

At present,with the financial crisis sweeping the globe which made the economic environment more serious,every enterprise had to face the reality of reducing the cost. Responding to the crisis to ensure the survival,many enterprises began to reduce the staff and investment. It is normal for the enterprise to make some appropriate adjustment before the crisis,but it is a little short-sighted to pay the attention to reducing the cost. What a far-sighted enterprise will do? they should pay more attention to keeping innovative human resource management,which can attract the outstanding man and make them feel better. To achieve this goal,enterprises should increase investment in human resources rather than reducing. If we have more and more entrepreneurs, if the human potential has been fully tapped and released,if people continue to improve the performance and so on,there are no difficulties that the enterprise can not be overcomed,and there are no problems can not be solved.

Financial crisis was analysed in the context,combining with the traditional human resource management problems and putting forward the new management of human resources management strategies and methods to cope with financial crisis. Human resources management

Innovation make the enterprise take full advantage of the first resources - human resources,enhance the capability and survivability of business in the compression. The main role of the article is that through the human resources innovation,allowing the development of enterprises to be more potential. Financial crisis is deepening and the world economic situation is uncertain at this time,what the enterprises can be able to do is through innovation in human resources management,to spend the money on knife's edge, which make the smallest cost in exchange for the biggest gains. At the same time,I expect to find a suitable national characteristics of Chinese human resources management methods,breaking the blindly praise with the west management methods.
