【摘要】Objective To observe the changes in leukocyte counts and neutrophilic granulocyte sorting in treatment of deep wounds by the self-developed fibrin glue antibiotic complex. Methods We adopted a clinical case-control study. An experimental group and a control group were made compatible in gender distribution, average age and injury mechanism (P > 0.05). Results The leukocyte counts and neutrophilic granuloeyte sorting counts in the experimental group were significantly decreasing with time after surgery (P < 0.05) . They were the highest 24 hours postoperatively, and the lowest by the 24th day after surgery or the day before discharge. The leukocyte counts were significantly different (P > 0.05) between the 2 groups at all time points except by the 24th hours after surgery. The leukocyte counts in the experimental group were all lower than in the control group. The neutrophil sorting was significantly different (P > 0.05) between the 2 groups at all time points except by the 24th and 48th hours as well as 12th day after surgery, with the neutrophil sorting in the experimental group lower than in the control group.
