摘要
在旧油管清洗过程中，致密坚硬的污垢、锈皮采用单一的高压水射流清洗时，所需的射流压力大，采用油管钻通机进行预清洗。介绍了油管钻通机的清洗原理、结构特点、以及关键技术。油管钻通机和高压水射流内清洗线配合使用，可大大提高钻通清洗效率以及清洗合格率。
由于绝大多数注水井回收油管表面垢层的主要成分是CaCO3、CaSO4，并有少量的Fe2O3、BaSO4、SrSO4等成份，致密坚硬。采用单一的高压水射流清洗时，压力必须达到70MPa以上才能清洗干净甚至有些硬厚水垢、锈皮需要150MPa以上的高压水才能清洗干净，在这么高的压力下工作，对操作工人的安全是一个很大的考验。这就要求在对油管进行高压水射流清洗之前进行预清洗，降低射流水的压强，传统的预清洗有中频感应加热预清洗、远红外预热清洗、机械预清洗等几种清洗方法，中频加热预清洗虽然能量集中、速度快，但功效大难于控制，并伴有烟尘污染。机械钻通机清洗具有清洗效率高、环保等优点，得到了广泛的使用。

Abstract
