旋转喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺优化及烟气实测分析

【摘要】Firstly, the process and properties of rotating spray dryerflue gas desulfurization（FGD） have been introduced. Then, investigation has been conducted based on measurement of boiler operation status and accompanying pollutants emission in practical situation. The study concludes that the technology under discussion proves to be secure and steady in operation, with a fairly high desulfurization efficiency. Besides, processed flue gases entail no fur ther reheating, the requirement for both anti-corrosion and water-consumption remain lower and accompanying near zero waste water effluents.%介绍了旋转喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺的特点，同时结合锅炉实际运行工况对实际烟气排放情况进行了分析和讨论。结果表明，该工艺技术成熟、运行可靠稳定、脱硫效率较高，稳定处理后的烟气无需再加热，防腐要求低、耗水量小、无废水排放等优点。
