【摘要】Objective:To explore the monitoring significance of the plasma fibrinogen(FIB),fibrinogen/fibrin degradation products(FDP) and D dimer(D-D) levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:50 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from May 2013 to May 2014 treated were as the observation group.50 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Results:The plasma FIB,FDP and D-dimer levels of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences has statistical significance(P<0.05).The plasma FIB,FDP and D-dimer levels in acute group with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were higher than that of the stable group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The D-dimer levels of the stable group increased more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01),the
