供应链管理下的采购管理
摘 要
随着社会的进步，经济全球化发展，信息技术的日新月异，企业面临的生存环境瞬息万变，竞争也日趋激烈。原有的传统的供应链管理下的采购管理已经不能满足如今企业的要求，需要进一步的发展。本文以供应链管理及相关的理论为基础，借鉴各企业的供应链管理下的采购管理策略进行研究和讨论，从采购管理入手，分析其现状，面临的问题，分析原因，进而寻找改善现状解决问题的方法。b5E2RGbCAP 论文的主体共分为三个大部分，按照“提出问题、分析问题、解决问题”的论述方式，理论与实际相结合，对供应链管理下的采购管理策略进行研究。p1EanqFDPw 第一部分通过对企业采购管理的重要性、现状两个方面描述原有的采购管理基本情况，引出供应链管理的新的采购管理。DXDiTa9E3d 第二部分从第一部分对企业采购管理的相关描述，从企业目前面临的采购问题及原因两方面对企业目前的采购进行分析。RTCrpUDGiT 第三部分针对前两个部分，提出相应的解决方案，主要有模式优化方案及需要注意的其他问题。 关键词：
