多层螺旋CT在肥胖合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征检查中

【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT在肥胖合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征检查中的应用及价值。方法：收治肥胖合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者43例作为观察组，同期选择肥胖非阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者43例作为对照组，对两组患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建。结果：观察组患者软腭的面积、体积，口咽部气道的截面积、前后径、体积等均明显小于对照组(P＜0.05)；肥胖合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者软腭的体积与AHI、BMI呈显著相关性。结论：多层螺旋CT扫描可客观、准确地描述肥胖合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的疾病症状，且软腭体积增大可能与疾病的严重程度相关。%Objective:To investigate the application and value of multi slice spiral CT examination of obesity complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:43 patients with obesity complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were selected as the observation group.43 patients with obesity non obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were selected as the control group at the same period.The two groups of patients were performed with multi-slice spiral CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction.Results:The area and volume of soft palate,and the cross sectional area,diameter and volume of the
