上颌前牙区摘除种植体后骨增量种植美学修复1例报告

【摘要】目的：观察前牙种植体在外伤后行延期种植美学修复的临床效果。方法：取出前牙断裂种植体后行GBR术，6个月后行Ⅱ期手术。结果：种植体骨结合良好，患者对临床治疗及美学效果满意。结论：针对≥70岁的老年患者，在外伤后采用GBR并行延期种植的方法能取得良好的疗效。%Objective: To observe the clinical effect of delayed implant and esthetics restoration of traumatic anterior implant. Methods: Guided bone regeneration (GBR) procedure was performed after removing the fractured anterior implant. The second-stage operation were performed after 6 months. Results: The implant had ideal osseointegrated completely. The patient was satisfied with the clinical esthetic results and treatment. Conclusion: It can achieve proper curative effects by performing guided bone regenera-tion and delayed implant after the trauma, especially on aged patient who are older than 70 years old. 【总页数】4页(23-26)
