摘 要

本课题研究CA6140车床后托架加工工艺规程。机械加工工艺是实现产品设计,保证产品质量,节约能源,降低消耗的重要手段。工艺规程是指用机械加工的方法改变毛坯的形状、尺寸、相对位置和性质使其成为合格零件的全过程,加工工艺是工人进行加工的一个依据。如毛坯制造,机械加工,热处理,装配等都称之为工艺规程。

该机床加工范围广,适用于车削内外圆柱面,圆锥面以及旋转面。各种公制英制,模数和径节螺纹等,所以其结构复杂,而且自动化程度低,适用于单间小批量生产。

在这个设计过程中,我们还必须考虑工件的安装和夹紧.安装的正确与否直接影响工件加工精度,安装是否方便和迅速,又会影响辅助时间的长短,从而影响生产率。这是整个设计的重点,也是一个难点。 在设计这个课题的过程中,根据生产实际,进行调查研究,制定合理的方案,依据方案再具体设计。

关键词:机床托架;加工工艺;夹具;设计

ABSTRACT

This topic studies the CA6140 lathe the bracket processing technological process. He machine-finishing craft realizes the product design, guaranteed the product quality, saves the energy, reduces the consumption the important method. It means using machining operation to change the blank’s shape, size, relative position, and quality to make the blank become the qualified product. Processing technology is the basis for workers. Such as rough production, mechanical operations, heat-treatment, assembling are all called processing procedure.

All of these process are quite important during the designing, such as lying down technical schedule, resolving of dimension, conforming machining allowance, labor time standard calculation. According to these designing, we learn more about work piece process and confirming of finish size. Moreover, we know that the confirming of technological line and finishing allowance must based on the machine tool.

During the designing we still need to consider the install and fastening motion of workpiece. Because the rightness install will affect the workpieces’ accuracy and working hours. All in all, it is both important and difficult point of this design.

When designing this topic, penetrates the production reality, conducts the investigation and study, formulates the reasonable design proposal, is carrying on the concrete designing .
