多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床观察

【摘要】Objective To analyze the curative effects between doxofyl ine and aminophyl ine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group received doxofyl ine treatment, while the control group patients received aminophyl ine treatment. The clinical curative effects and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate in treatment group was 98%, higher than that in control group(80%)significantly(P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion The curative effects of doxofyl ine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better.%目的：对比分析多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效。方法选取在我院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺病患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机分配原则分为治疗组和对照组，每组为50例。治疗组患者利用多索茶碱治疗，而对照组患者的治疗主要使用氨茶碱，对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效以及不良反应。结果治疗组临床总有效率达到了98%，而对照组临床总有效率为80%，治疗组高于对照组，差异具有
统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组发生不良反应人数少于对照组。结论在对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的治疗中，使用多索茶碱临床效果显著。 【总页数】2页(110-111)
