岗位职级系统是公司人力资源管理的基础。岗位职级系统将以经验值系统为核心，为人员招聘、薪酬管理、人才培养、绩效管理、员工发展等提供重要依据。为夯实人力资源基础工作，使人力资源工作更加标准化、规范化，特制定本制度。

第二条岗位职级系统的定义

岗位职级系统以“岗位”为核心，根据每个岗位在学历、经验、技能和责任等方面的不同任职资格要求设定不同等级（即职级），以可量化的经验值体系作为对应参照标准，同时根据各岗位价值以及同行业薪酬水平制定各岗位的标准薪酬，为员工设计职业发展通路。

第三条岗位职级系统的适用范围

第五条岗位与岗位大类

1．岗位：根据公司业务模式和组织架构，按照在公司中承担的相同任务、职责和权限，划分出岗位。例如：应用软件开发、平面设计、行政等等。 2．岗位大类：是对职责、技能等相近的岗位进行归类，形成不同的岗位大类。例如：技术开发类、技术运维类、研发策划类、运营策划类等等。 3．岗位划分标准原则：

1）根据公司战略发展不同阶段，与业务模式和组织架构相匹配。 2）岗位的工作职责和工作流程独立清晰、不可替代。

3）岗位对所需专业知识、专业技能和专业经验存在不同要求。 4）在相关行业具有可参照性。

第六条职级与职级大类、晋级与晋升

1．职级：公司职级体系作为岗位定级参照标准，纵向上划分成不同的数字等级。 2．职级大类：为了便于集中管理和相互区别，根据每个岗位所需要的技能、经验、学历以及职责、权限等任职要求，纵向的若干职级合并为一个职级大类，并且每一大类都有固定的称号。

3．晋级：在职级体系中每上升一个职级，称之为“晋级”。 4．晋升：若员工每上升一个职级大类，称为“晋升”。

5．晋级标准：即每个职级大类范围内，依据职级标准确定的不同经验值达标范围，只要经验值达到既可自动晋级。

6．晋升标准：即每个岗位不仅必须达到晋升职级大类所需要的经验值外，同时必须满足晋升职级大类所需的岗位认证条件。详见第十四条有关规定。

第七条经验值体系

1．定义：经验值是员工在公司服务期间做出成绩的量化指标。是根据岗位性质、技能要求、任务难度、工作职责等相关指标确定的一个绝对值，仅用于记录和调整职级，是每个岗位的晋升和晋级的标准。
