政 策 篇
1、非公企业党组织功能定位及主要职责
非公企业党组织是党在企业中的战斗堡垒,在企业职工群众中发挥政治核心作用,在企业发展中发挥政治引领作用。主要职责是:
宣传贯彻党的路线方针政策; 团结凝聚职工群众; 维护各方合法权益; 建设先进企业文化; 促进企业健康发展; 加强自身建设。
2、非公企业党的组织和工作覆盖基本目标 职工50人以上的企业有党员;
具备建立党组织条件的企业实现党的组织全覆盖; 因条件暂不具备尚未建立党组织的企业实现党的工作全覆盖。
3、非公企业党组织组建条件及设置方式
凡是有3名以上正式党员、条件成熟的企业,一般都要单独建立党支部;党员50人以上的,可设立党的总支部委员会;党员100人以上的,可设立党的基层委员会;企业规模较大,党员不
