How I Spent the Dragon Boat Festival Last Year

The Dragon Boat Festival is one of the most popular traditional festivals celebrated in China,

which is on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. Last year I had great fun during the meaningful festival.

In the morning, I went to my grandmother’s house to learn how to make rice dumplings. Since the festival is best known for its dragon boat races, I watched the races in the afternoon, all of which were very fierce. We stood by the river, watching the participants spare no effort to make for the finishing line.
