【摘要】企业市场需求与服务信用呈现动态变化，而市场上并未出现一种统一的、可靠的服务体系。针对该问题提出一种基于第三方监督的可靠组合服务推荐模型。首先，引入第三方机制，监督管理服务库的建立，同时监控服务质量的动态变化；而后，建立可靠服务组合平台，进行服务选择、服务组合最优推荐等；以某制造业的加工流程为例，采用基于工作流调度的服务优化组合案例，将采用该模型与不用该模型的成本进行比较，验证所提出的推荐模型的可行性和优越性。%Market demand and service credit are dynamically changing .However, there hasn’t been a unified and reliable serv-ice system.The
