【摘要】The objectivity of campaigns to encourage excellence in performance determines that they have certain laws. To make such campaigns a routine and long-lasting practice, we must uphold the unity of knowledge and practice, stimulate all factors involved, expand the breadth and depth of the campaigns, and improve the recognition of the campaigns among Party members and the masses; we must uphold the unification of the whole Party, encour- age the involvement of all Party members, highlight the themes of the campaigns, and lead the trend of the times; we must uphold the principle of Party members making greater efforts to achieve tangible benefits for the masses, establish right directions for the campaigns, and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the campaigns; we must uphold constant stimulation and innovation, keep pace with the times, continuously innovate the forms of the campaigns, and enrich the content of the campaigns.%推进创先争优常态化、长效化，必须坚持知行合一，全面带动，拓展活动的广度，挖掘活动的深度，提高党员和群众对活动的认可度；必须坚持全党统一，全员参与，突出活动主题，引领时代潮流；必须坚持党内抓落实、群众得实惠，确立正确导向，增强针对性、实效性；必须坚持常抓常新，不断
