PDCA循环在医院环境卫生监督管理工作中的运用效果研究

[摘要] 目的 分析对医院环境卫生监督管理工作中的运用PDCA循环的实际效果。方法 该院在2024年3月开始采用PDCA循环法进行医院环境卫生监督管理，故对该院2017年3—12月以及2024年3—12月的消毒结果，包括医护人员手卫生、室内空气以及消毒器械和物体表面等以及60例患者出现院内感染的概率进行数据对比，分析医院环境卫生监督管理工作中的运用PDCA循环的实际效果。结果 实施PDCA循环管理后各项指标合格率均好于实施PDCA循环管理前各项指标合格率，差异有统计学意义（P [关键词] PDCA循环;医院环境卫生;监督管理

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the actual effect of the PDCA cycle in the supervision and management of hospital environmental sanitation. Methods The hospital began to adopt the PDCA cycle method for hospital environmental hygiene supervision and management in March 2024.
Therefore， the disinfection results of the hospital from March to December 2017 and from March to December 2024， including the hands sanitation of medical staff， indoor air， disinfection equipment and surface of objects， as well as the probability of nosocomial infection in 60 patients， analyzed the actual effect of the PDCA cycle in the supervision and management of hospital
